We are sorry but due to the very low numbers entering we have failed to meet the minimum requirement to be able to run this event in sufficient time. Therefore, the committee has taken the difficult decision to cancel this Naviscat and those that have entered will be refunded.

We will try again in the Spring at the same location with a possible date of  Sunday 22nd March (TBC)

The MG Car Club South East’s Autumn Naviscat will be based at the Sussex Oak pub in Warnham, just north of Horsham, Sussex. Entries are open now by completing the form below and making your payment.

WHAT IS A NAVISCAT?

It is a strange name isn’t it? But, it is shorthand for Navigational Scatter. As that suggests, you scatter around the countryside searching for navigational points that you will have plotted on an Ordnance Survey map at the start. Once you have located your point there will be a clue and the answer will be found in the vicinity of that point. Clues vary between one and three points depending on how easy it is to find the answer or how cryptic the clue is!

Get back to the finish and hand your answers in – but don’t be late – every minute past the finish time will cost you a point! The results will be announced after you have enjoyed your pub lunch.

HOW TO ENTER

1. You will need a driver and navigator minimum to enter – extra passengers are allowed at 10% reduction per extra passenger of your final score. This is a taster event and you do not need an MG to enter (there’s a category for you!).
2. All entrants will need a Motorsports UK RS Clubman Licence which is available FREE by registering on the MSUK website at:- APPLY FOR YOUR RS CLUBMAN LICENCE
3. Read the Supplementary Regulations by clicking this link:- SUPPLEMENTARY REGULATIONS
4. Complete the registration form below and press submit. A message will appear to acknowledge your entry. If you have difficulties, an alternative entry form can be downloaded and emailed here:- ALTERNATIVE ENTRY FORM
5. Make your payment through our payment partners, Little Box Office (preferred option and booking fee applies) by pressing the button below or make a bank transfer (details are in the supp regs). Entry is £15 per car for MGCC Members and £18 per car for non MGCC Members.  
6. IMPORTANT: Make sure you have OS Landranger 1:50,000 scale map 187 Dorking, Reigate & Crawley, a pencil and metric ruler/romer to bring with you to the event.
7. A menu will be sent out a week or so beforehand to make your lunch choices.
