Trophies – Lew Wooster Trophy

The Lew Wooster Trophy has been awarded since 1972 in recognition of the marshals that contribute greatly to the most number of South East Centre events.

The cup was named after Lew Wooster who was a member of the South East Centre committee from 1968 to 1970. He passed away in 1972 and the cup is presented in his memory. In 1974 his widow, Phoebe Wooster, was awarded the trophy herself.

The highest recipient of the award has been Derek Edwards (former chairman and president) who has won it seven times closely followed by Jenny Morgan with five wins.
