This is a new trophy taking the form of a tankard. It is designed for the best MG 1956 – 1980 at the Summer BBQ and PoO held at the Kentish Horse in Mark Beech. It is one of three named trophies awarded at this event – the Black Horse Trophy and the Rookcross Trophy being the other two.
It was named in memory of David Griffiths, the former leader of the West Sussex Wanderers and the Black Horse Natter. His widow, Ursula, was the first to present it at the 2025 event.
